2015-2016中加文化交流年系列活动（中英文）

2015－2016“加中文化交流年系列活动”即将在4月13日，加拿大温哥华当地时间晚间6时Chan Centre正式举行大型启动仪式。自此加中文化交流年系列活动鱼贯而至。

 

2015年，我们迎来中加建交45週年，也迎来两国十年互访签证的重要决策，更时至2015－2016“中加文化交流年”的开局之年。至此重要时刻，由中华人民共和国文化部、中国驻加拿大使馆、中国驻温哥华总领事馆主办的，中方由中国对外文化集团公司、河北省文化厅，河北省对外文化交流协会，加方由加中文化发展协会CCCDA共同承办的“加中文化交流年启动仪式”即将在4月13日，温哥华时间18点开启。此时举办启动仪式意义重大，我们完全可以预见，自此，来自中国的艺术家们以及全加华人艺术家们的加盟为传播中国文化、促进中加文化交流即将做出更大贡献，必将为进一步加深两国人民的深厚友谊、推动两国在各方面的合作发挥重要作用。

 

2015-2016中加文化交流年活动将继续深化两国人民的相互了解与友谊，推动中加战略伙伴关系健康稳定向前发展。加中文化发展协会一直致力于中加文化发展与交流，已举办过两百余场文化交流活动，此次承办这样高规模的活动，高会长表示，做为本次加中文化重大活动的承办方，他们认为“加中文化交流年启动仪式”必将时中国对外文化、对加拿大文化最为集中、系统的一次交流的。

 

例如此次活动中，大规模的非物质文化遗产活动──河北省带来的「民俗文化周」。来自河北的几十位民俗文化艺术家讲在活动中展示高端技艺如泥塑、石影雕、京剧脸谱、剪纸、刺绣、及杂技等几十种中国非物质文化遗产项目。

值得一提的是河北省杂技团将于4月5日至5月6日在加拿大多伦多、渥太华、魁北克和蒙特利尔等16个城市进行为期一个月的推广演出活动。

此次精选的杂技节目时代感强、技巧难度高、编排紧凑且具有很强的艺术表现力，将会生动展现中国杂技的文化底蕴和创新成果。

系列活动还包括在启动仪式上演出的“聆听中国”项目，这是由中国民族器乐演奏家艺术团带来的。艺术团由中国对外文化集团公司组建，中国著名作曲家、音乐制作人马久越先生担任艺术总监的新民乐演奏团体，团员均为中国当代中青年优秀民乐演奏家。“聆听中国”用中西乐器的跨界融合，旨在探索和发展中国民族器乐的全新表现形式，推广中国民族音乐。这些文化交流必定会震撼加拿大文化圈，在加拿大主流群体产生强烈反响。

 

2015-2016年「中加文化交流年」启动仪式，是加中文化交流的里程碑。我们有理由期待双方更加频繁的文化活动往来从此翻起新篇章，从更加牢固的文化交流到经贸的合作，从而使中加两国建立更为紧密的友好关系。

In recent years, with the constantdeepening on the cultural exchanges between China and Canada, a series of cultural activities, which improved

the mutual understanding and friendship,have been held by both countries in the years of 2013 and 2014. In theconsideration of the good cooperation foundation, the leaders of China andCanada announced jointly that the years of 2015 and 2016 would be China-CanadaYear of People-to-People and Cultural Exchanges during the Canadian PrimeMinister Mr. Stephen Harper’s stay in China in Nov.2014, and it will surely boost the bilateral cultural relations. 

Directed by the preeminent music composer and producer Mr. Ma Jiuyue and formed by outstanding contemporary folk music instrumentalist in China, “Sound of China” is founded by China Arts& EntertainmentGroup. It using the combination of Chinese and Western music instruments to discover and develop a new way to present and promote traditional Chinese folk music. 

“Sound of China” plays music with traditionalChinese folk style. Meanwhile, it also creatively put together various Chinese and Western instruments as well as different music genres, and invent abundant music forms to create the Chinese Neo-Folk Music across the border of nationalities.

Enjoying along history and spleen did culture, Hebei Province has its unique publicity-card. It is the birthplaces of Oriental Human Being, Chinese nation’s civilization, and New China (P.R. of China), and it has six cultural features,including the Red Taihang Mountain Culture, the Spectacular Great Wall,Righteous and Faithful Yanzhao People, the Charm of Beijing & Surroundings,the Bohai Sea Culture and the Royal Culture. Currently, there are 33,000immoveable cultural relic sites, 4 world cultural heritages, including theGreat Wall, the Mountain Resort and its Outlying Temples in Chengde City, theImperial Tombs of the Qing Dynasty (the Eastern Qing Tombs and the Western QingTombs) and the Grand Canal.

The Paper-cutof Yuxian County &Fengning Manzu Nationality, the Puppet Shadow Playing ofTangshan and Jinan were listed as the Intangible Cultural Heritages of Humanityby UNESCO. Relying on its rich historical and cultural resources, taking anopportunity of the year of cultural exchanges, Hebei government cooperates withCanada-China Cultural Development Association and holds Hebei Cultural Week activities,including the Hebei Folk Crafts & Arts Exhibition, the Charm of Hebei PhotographyExhibition, as well as Hebei acrobatic art promotion performances, to pushforward the cultural exchange and enhance the friendship of the two peoples.

Hebei FolkCrafts and Arts Delegation selects 3 state-level Intangible Cultural Heritageprojects, including Yuxian County’s Paper-cut, Hengshui’s Inner Painting and Ding Porcelain, and some province-levelIntangible Cultural Heritage projects including the Clay Sculpture，the Marble-photo Sculpture, Peking Operas’Facial Mask and etc. to participate in the Opening Ceremony of China-CanadaYear of People-to-People and Cultural Exchanges & Hebei Cultural WeekActivities. The state-level and province-level inheritors of intangible cultural heritages, including Zhou Shuying, Pang Yonghui, MaShaohui, LiuEnchang, Jiao Yingming and Fang Shiying, will present themselves, performlively and do interactions with the Canadian audience.

The Charm of Hebei PhotographyExhibition selects 60 exquisite photos, reflecting the history and culture of Hebei Province, the development of  economics, Sceneries and sight-seeing, theurban and rural construction, the bidding for the Olympic Winter Games, andetc. to show Hebei’s 

economical and cultural life and the achievements ofsocial development, to let the Canadian people acknowledge Hebei’s basicinformation, as well

 as to increase the popularity and reputation of Hebei Province.

Hebei Acrobatic Troupe will start alone-monthtour from April 5th, 2015, and the artists will do the promotion performancesin 16 cities, including Toronto, Montreal, Laval and etc. The high-skilled,well-choreographed acts will lively show the creative achievement of Chineseacrobatic arts. Among them, Hoops Diving, Chasing the Moon—Meteors, Foot-jugglingwith Umbrellas, Sculpt by Girls, Pagoda Bowl Act, The Tissue Act, Rope Jumping,Plate-Spinning Act, Hand-standing Act, Straw Hat Juggling and etc., many actswon the prizes at the international circus festivals or competitions. Not onlyshowing high difficult skills, plenty of oriental cultural elements have beenmelted into the Hebei acrobatic acts
